Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

Our Return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In its original packaging with any sampling pieces, manuals, and tags included.

Important Note: If the product is found to be used or the original packaging is damaged, return, refund, or exchange is strictly not possible.

2. Exemptions from Return

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Gift cards.

• Beauty, health, and personal care items (which may include certain non-perfume accessories).

3. Return Shipping

• Domestic Orders (within UAE): Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, which is a flat rate of AED 25, will be deducted from your refund amount.

• International Orders (outside UAE): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping the returned item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Amazing Creation Perfumes does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
